Privacy
Last updated 22 October 2026
This page covers the website getdigo.com and its early-access list. The Digo app will have its own privacy policy when it comes out.
Who is responsible
Digo is made by Benjamin Krogh, who is responsible for the information collected on this site. Write to hello@getdigo.com with any question about your data.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we keep:
- your email address
- when you joined
- which page and which button you used, and the campaign in the link you came from, if there was one
- the website that sent you here, as its domain only
- which version of the privacy line you saw
We don't ask for your name, and we don't keep your IP address with your signup. The site uses no cookies or analytics tools for tracking or advertising.
Why, and on what basis
- Your email: to tell you when Digo launches. You agree to this when you join, and you can take that back at any time (below).
- Where you came from: to learn which posts and pages bring people to Digo. We have a legitimate interest in knowing that, and it is stored only with your signup.
- Keeping out bots: to protect the list from fake signups, which is also a legitimate interest.
We use your email for nothing else, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the list, in a database in the EU (Ireland).
- Cloudflare runs the website. To deliver the pages and to check that a signup comes from a person and not a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile), it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser. Cloudflare's network is worldwide, so this can happen outside the EU, under the EU's rules for such transfers.
Both work for us under their data processing terms and may not use your information for their own purposes.
How long
Until Digo launches and we've told you. Then we delete the list. If you ask us to delete your email before that, we do it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop us using it. Write to hello@getdigo.com. We normally reply within one month, as the law requires. Every email we send will have a link to unsubscribe.
If you think we've handled your information wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or the authority where you live.
